• Your full name must match the name on your official Malaysian identification document.
• A valid Malaysian phone number is required for OTP verification during registration and key transactions.
• Each phone number may only be linked to one 1mdbet account only.
• You are solely responsible for all activities that take place under your account.
• Your password must be kept secure and must not be shared with anyone, including the 1mdbet support team.

• Under normal circumstances, withdrawals are processed within 5–15 minutes after the request has been verified.

• In the event of a technical error or obvious odds error (manifest error), 1mdbet reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the stake to the player's account.

• Official results recognised by 1mdbet are based on outcomes declared by the relevant sports governing body within the stipulated timeframe.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1mdbet platform and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or another person's.
• Using automation software, bots, or any third-party tools to access or manipulate the platform.
• Sharing your account or allowing another person to use your 1mdbet account.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the platform for any unlawful financial purpose.
• Exploiting technical errors or obvious odds errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing systematic arbitrage bets using bonus funds.
• Providing false information or impersonating another person during registration or the KYC process.
• Any attempt to hack, compromise, or disrupt the functionality of the 1mdbet platform.

1mdbet reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict the account of any player in the following situations:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete the identity verification (KYC) process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Voluntary account closure request by the player.
• Self-exclusion request due to gambling-related concerns.

For account closures not resulting from a terms violation, any remaining balance (after deducting bonuses that have not met the wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their original payment method within 3–5 business days.
